If one of your third party WHMCS addon modules is not loading in the WHMCS admin interface or not functioning properly with WHMCS Firewall, you can solve this problem temporarily by selecting the problem module as a “Whitelisted Module”.

By default WHMCS Firewall tracks all the modules you have installed so it can audit when a new module is added or when an existing module is removed. (very good information to know)

To Whitelist a module you need to:

Login to your WHMCS > hover over the menu tab ADDONS > click on FIREWALL MANAGEMENT > hover over FIREWALL TOOLS > click MODULES SCANNER
